I loved the large, clean room with a great view of the pool.

My bed was extremely comfy and the room was spacious and spotless with mountain view. The hotels' team was very welcoming and welcoming. Really enjoyed my really enjoyable stay at this hotel and would stay here again.

Though everything was good, some of the staff were overwhelmed.

I had a great stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, just across the restaurant and within walking distance to the center of Kuliner Ah Poong Sentul City and ah poong floating market. The service here was excellent, with staff from the online app, rather than asking the receptionist, making it really easy to arrange car hire, 24-hour room service, and more at any time. The rooms were really spacious and had everything I needed including air conditioning, tea and coffee facilities, and a flat-screen TV. And I loved the leisure facilities too, with the outdoor swimming pool and spa centre providing the perfect way to unwind.

I would definitely recommend this hotel to families visiting the area.

During my recent stay at The Alana, I was impressed with the great location and breathtaking views. The room I stayed in was comfortable and had a lovely view of the pool. I especially enjoyed spending time on the balcony, sunbathing and having evening chats with my roommate. The hotel's proximity to a quiet and fresh neighborhood was a bonus, and we even took a morning stroll around the area. The staff at The Alana were incredibly helpful and friendly, even going out of their way to assist with some random questions I had. The restaurant menu, particularly the anglio olio spaghetti, was highly recommended and delicious.

I did encounter a few drawbacks during my stay. there were only four small elevators available, and two of them were out of service, which made it quite inconvenient, especially when the hotel was crowded due to a wedding event.

The rooms offer picturesque mountain views and the convenient location allows for easy access to all desired destinations on foot.

This place has a great location, just a short walk to Masjid Andalusia, our room was quite spacious with a beautiful mountain view, and we had a very restful night's sleep.

Great breakfast choices, friendly staff, variety of kids' activities, sound-proof room, beautiful view.
